1. Refund Eligibility

Since our services are custom travel planning and booking-based, we operate under a service-based refund policy:

  • Refunds are only applicable if:

    • The service has not been initiated.

    • You cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled service or consultation.

    • The request aligns with the conditions outlined below.


2. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Services that have already been rendered (partially or fully).

  • Booking assistance or advisory fees once tickets or reservations are processed.

  • Missed calls/consultations due to no-shows without prior notice.

  • Custom travel packages booked through third parties.


3. Cancellation Requests

To request a cancellation:

  • Email us at contact@lovepreetkaurtravelsolutions.com.

  • Include your full name, email used for booking, transaction ID, and the reason for cancellation.

  • Cancellation requests made less than 72 hours prior to service delivery may not be eligible for a full refund.


4. Refund Processing Time

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original method of payment via PayPal.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.


5. Third-Party Bookings

If you’ve booked a flight, hotel, or service through us that was handled via a third-party provider:

  • Refunds are subject to the third party’s refund and cancellation policies.

  • We will assist in coordinating with them, but final approval lies with the provider.


6. Service Modifications or Rescheduling

If you’d like to reschedule or modify your service:

  • Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

  • We will try our best to accommodate without extra charges, but it may depend on availability.


7. Disputes & Chargebacks

Before initiating a PayPal dispute or chargeback, please contact us directly. We aim to resolve issues amicably and fairly.
